The DVX is the first Enterprise storage system to split server-powered performance from a network attached durable-capacity appliance, all designed as a single end-to-end system. Performance uses your commodity host compute and flash, driven by Datrium Hyperdriver software uploaded to the host. Durable capacity is on an integrated external storage appliance, the Datrium NetShelf, which also coordinates the system and simplifies management.
