FedResults and Government Strategy Advisors Merge to Form FedResults
Combined Entity to Create a Comprehensive Resource for Companies Selling to Federal Government
July 10, 2007 — Herndon, Virginia — JB Cubed, the leading facilitator of IT innovation to the Federal marketplace, announced today that the company has merged with Government Strategy Advisors (GSA), a respected provider of Federal contract and business development consulting services. The combined company, operating under the new name FedResults, will be uniquely positioned to deliver comprehensive strategic consulting, sales and business development services, marketing and government affairs services, and contract support services to companies of all types seeking to do business with the Federal government.
The firm’s business and consulting services will be delivered through FedResults; customer product resales will continue through JB Cubed.
Jim Beaupre, CEO of JB Cubed, will continue as CEO of the combined company. William (Bill) Koenig, GSA President, will assume the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Strategy.

FedResults will offer complete services to include the development of new offers to the General Services Administration (GSA) as well as Schedule maintenance and support for clients in the area of Federal audits. In addition to covering all 45 Schedules held by GSA, the firm will expand its contract services to include other GWAC contracts, such as NASA SEWP, and agency-wide contacts like EAGLE and FirstSource, among others. John McNicholas, GSA Vice President, will lead this initiative as Vice President, Contract Services.
