SECAF Announces 2009 Board of Directors


December 21, 2008, McLean, VA – The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), the premier organization for the small and emerging government contractor, announces its 2009 Board of Directors. This board will lead the organization in its mission to provide education, resources, and advocacy to serve the small and emerging government contracting community.
