Bob Dinkel, President and COO
- IT experience with large and small firms that encompasses 25+ years in the software and services industry.
- Managed and built a Professional Services unit of 400+ staff with revenues exceeding 80m for one of the worlds largest IT Management software providers.
- Diverse experience includes running Federal business units, commercial field sales, international services operations, and planning selective mergers, acquisitions and divestures.

Bill Koenig, Senior Vice President: Strategy
- Founded Government Strategy Advisors in 1992, in order to provide client companies, direction and success in developing new federal business opportunities. Merged into FedResults in July 2007.
- Established and built a strong professional federal division, which includes sales, federal marketing, technology support, IT maintenance and engineering.
- Complete understanding and familiarity with all federal procurement regulations, which is key in supporting clients seeking new federal business.
- Possesses a solid experience base, in federal sales procurement, that has demonstrated successful results covering both federal civilian agencies and the Department of Defense.
John McNicholas, Vice President Contract Services
- Joined FedResults in July 2007 following merger of JB Cubed/Government Strategy Advisors where he had been Vice President for 12 years focused primarily on General Services Administration Schedule issues.
- More than 10 years experience lobbying Capitol Hill for large information Technology contractor.
- Possesses more than 30 years of inside government IT perspective gained during service at OMB, NASA, and Navy.
